You do not need to be home, because porch handoff is allowed, and we roll your rug and move movable furniture. A Benchmark team member arrives in your 2-hour window, Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. We move movable furniture off the rug, roll it for transport, and take it with us. You do not need to be home, because porch handoff is allowed.

No. Porch handoff is allowed, so you can leave your rug on your porch. Tell us when you schedule and we confirm the details with you, including your pickup and delivery windows.

Yes. We move movable furniture off the rug. Tell us about anything heavy, fragile or built in when you schedule so we can plan.
Do you roll the rug for transport?
Yes. We roll your rug for transport and bring it to our plant for inspection and washing.
How do I get ready for pickup?

How will I know the price before you take my rug?
We give you a price range based on square footage and fiber when you schedule. For example, an 8×10 wool rug is about $320 to $360. Your final price is confirmed after inspection.
What if my rug is damaged while it is in your care?
If a rug is accidentally damaged while in our care, we will work with you to repair it or reimburse its fair value.
What if I am not happy with the result?
If you are not satisfied when your rug is delivered, we will re-clean it at no charge. For pet odor, if the odor returns within 14 days, we re-treat it at no charge.
Can you pick up upholstery, carpet or other items?
Pickup and delivery are for area rugs. Carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, and air duct cleaning are done at your home. Call us to confirm availability.
What if I live outside the 35-mile area?
Call (360) 696-4418. A ZIP code outside our automatic free zone does not always mean we cannot help, and we will tell you what is possible.
Why not just drop my rug off or have it cleaned at home?
Rugs are heavy and awkward to move, and in-home cleaning cannot match a plant wash for rinsing and drying control. Pickup gives you the plant wash without the hauling.
